I had a fun morning with my girlfriends today, playing Bunco.  I have to admit that it was a rather eventful round of games for me.  I won 5 out of 6 games.  I guess I was sitting in the right spot at most of the tables.  For those of you that aren't aware of how to play this game, it goes something like this.  We just rolled for 2's for all of the rounds we played, but you are typically supposed to roll for 1's the first round, 2's the second round, 3's the third round, 4's the fourth round, 5's the 5th round, 6's the 6th round - - and then you reverse it after that - - rolling for 6's the 7th round, 5's the 8th round, 4's the 9th round (and so forth).  Each time you roll at least one of the targeted numbers with your 3 dice, you get a point.  If you roll 2 of the same targeted number you score 2 points, if you roll all 3 of the targeted number you score an instant Bunco.  You roll to the first 21 points, and then there is another round.  Whatever team scored 21 points first wins that round.  When the dice came to me, I could pretty much tell (though not always), how well my hand would be in the roll(s).  If the people ahead of me had good hands, statistically speaking I would have a fairly crummy hand (but not always).  If the people ahead of me had poor hands, statistically speaking I would have a pretty good hand (at least most of the time).

The same goes for Xomba.  If you've had a few days of absolutely no profit, do not despair.  Your days, yes DAYS, are coming.  Granted, the more you write the more money you'll make, but if you just hang in there the profits will come.  Just last week, I went for two or three days with absolutely nothing, then I suddenly made almost $7 in one day.  Yes SEVEN DOLLARS IN ONE DAY!  Like I said, statistically speaking, if you've had a few crummy days beforehand, your profit will get here.  My husband still likes to tease "So can I retire yet?"  Not yet, my dear... But, maybe, statistically speaking....
